Depending on if it is a “Fixed” or “Time & Materials” proposal
- Invoices can be submitted monthly or at the end for a “T&M” proposal
- Invoices can be submitted on a payment schedule or at the end for a “Fixed” proposal
- Payment will be NET 30 days from the date of Invoice.
- Proposal valid for 30 days
- The quoted sums include all compensation we are to receive for the above work, except for alterations and modifications that may be made within the contract documents
- Any changes in labor and material costs will not increase the cost of the contract, but are taken into consideration when quoting the prices
